Wściekły Chmiel is a craft beer bar right in the centre of Poznań. Our 18 taps pour beers from Moczybroda Brewery, guest beers from other Polish breweries, cider and prosecco on draught. The line-up changes every few days, so there’s something new each time you come.

A pub that goes down
On the ground floor there’s a bar room with the tap board and a room with sofas. Below are two brick-vaulted cellars, and out the back a garden under a pergola. That means one bar in the centre of Poznań fits both a date for two and a party for the whole venue.
It’s a tried and tested place for a corporate event in Poznań, and December dates get booked for Christmas parties. We also host birthdays and stag dos and hen parties: with a private cellar, company Family Feud, casino night, beer tastings for groups, a pub quiz, karaoke or a DJ.
A family of venues, with beer at the heart
Wściekły Chmiel belongs to the same group as Moczybroda Brewery, whose beers are always on our taps, and the craft beer shop Hop-Drop. A few doors down, at Żydowska 4, is our other pub, Lot Chmiela, with a big beer garden.
